I intend to become a dual-qualified British and Australian lawyer and am continuing my studies in this field. My intention is to focus my legal practice in the following areas:
Native title law (Australia)
Environmental law (Australia)
Energy law (Australia)
Human rights law (Australia and UK)
Immigration law (Australia and UK)
I also intend to work on legal policy to help the post-Ulhuru Declaration initiative to enshrine recognition of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders in the Australian constitution, and to work with governments in other nations to enshrine provisions for the climate emergency into national constitutions. I am also keen to continue my work as a legal advisor on space law and space policy.
